NURSING CARE SERVICES
Our registered nurses provide direct care; manage, observe and evaluate a patient’s care; and teach the patient and his/her caregiver. The RN, oftentimes along with the licensed vocational nurse (LVN), will change dressings, draw blood for lab tests, monitor vital signs, and oversee the overall plan of care.

PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES
Our physical therapists treat injury and disease by mechanical means, including manual, passive and active range of motion, exercise and modalities that enhance and engage patients to increase their functionality and strength.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES
Our occupational therapists help patients return to activities of daily living (like bathing, preparing meals and housekeeping) after illness or injury. They often provide support for injuries involving the hand and shoulder, as well as fine motor skill rehabilitation.

SPEECH THERAPY SERVICES
Our speech therapists assist with problems involving speech, language and swallowing. Communication problems can develop after an injury or illness, like a stroke or an accident. They can also assist with cognitive issues and assist patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

MEDICAL SOCIAL SERVICES
Our medical social workers help patients and families with social and emotional concerns related to illness, including counseling or help in finding community resources. They can often help sort through the financial and benefit complexities that so many elderly face.

CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE SERVICES
Our Aides help patients regain independence by lending support with activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, getting dressed and toileting. They can also help prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties while the patient is recovering from an illness.

CASE MANAGEMENT
Our registered nurses are tasked to oversee the care of their patients. They routinely check in to make sure the care we are providing is meeting the needs of the patient and the goals of the patient are being met. They identify needs for other disciplines, additional services, and communicate with internal team members and physicians on an ongoing basis.
